T&C’s (Terms & Conditions)

If Pre-Vacuuming is required a Fee of $5.00 per Standard Size Room, $15.00 per Small Sofa, $25.00 per Large Sofa, $39.00 per Small Car and $49.00 per Large Car will be Applied. Tough Removable Stains on Carpet, Rugs, Mattresses & Upholstery will Incur Extra Fees (Small Stain $6.00 each, Large Stain $11.00 each) We will assess and advise you on the day.

 

 

Due to various levels of Dye Quality  on the Market we do not take any responsibility for fading, bleeding/ running of dyes on all surfaces including Rugs, Mats, Upholstery, Mattresses, Shade Coth, Sail and Carpet.

We do not take responsibility for loss of Fabric Integrity including  degradation of adhesiveness on any Carpet, Rug, Upholstery, Shade Coth, Sail  or Vehicle Roof Lining. 

Prior to booking our Services we recommend that our customers contact the manufacturer/ retailer and seek professional cleaning advice.

OH&S

Please Keep All Pets Restrained on Arrival of Service Personnel and During Booking.

Due to Working with Water & Electricity All Service Personnel Are Required to Wear Shoes at All Times.

 

Due to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) we are unable to lift or move any furniture whatsoever. It is the customer’s responsibility to move or lift any furniture or items prior to our Service Commencement.

 

Our Specialised Organic Cleaning Personnel & Contractors will take all necessary care and precautions in preserving your items and belongings, but in the unlikely event of damage or mishap caused directly or indirectly by our Specialised Organic Cleaning Contractors / employees due to household clutter or objects placed in walkways or passageways or object / furniture infringing on working space will be deemed Void to the Customer for Claiming for any Repairs, Payouts, Cash Settlement , Medical or any Financial or Replacement Offer thereof and thereafter or to any future claim for Public, Product or Personal Liability against Vital Living Earth and all its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Management and Contractors.

Our Specialised Organic Cleaning Service Providers are not Licensed Air-Conditioning Refrigeration Technicians or Warranty / Service Repair Agents therefore they are unable to carry out Repair or Dismantling of any Air-Conditioning Unit, Nor Any Cleaning of Internal Rotary Barrel & Fans.

Our Service & Price represents the following. Cleaning down of Removable Filter, Dry Extraction of Dust & Mould Particles from Exterior of Unit.

Cleaning of Accessible Surroundings and Wet Extraction Clean of Ducted Air-Conditioning Filters.

 

 

Payment:

Full Payment must be made on completion of service on the same day. We do not accept Cheque payments, Cash or offer Payment Plans. We Accept EFTPOS / Credit Card & Debit Card Payment Only.
All Phone Payment Transactions will Incur a $3.50 Processing Fee.

If Customer is unable to be present during time of Organic Cleaning Service then Full Payment is Required on Booking prior to commencement of Organic Cleaning Service/s. On Arrival we will assess Service/s and advise customer if further payment is required e.g Carpeted Room is Larger than what Customer Advised or Stains were not accounted for.

 

A $49.00 Cancellation on Arrival Fee will be charged to the Customer irrespective of reason.

 

All Commercial Services will be provided with an Invoice on completion of Service. (Terms are Strictly POI) Payment on Invoice

 

Discounts:

We will Happily Honour the 5% Discount for a Valid Pensioner, Senior or Repeat Customer on the Condition that a Minimum Service Spend of $130.00 of Services/s Rendered.
